The pad can be used almost anywhere, such as on a chair or sofa, under your feet on the floor, or in bed. It is also great for pets. Sizes: 50cm x 70cm. It has cotton/silver earthing fabric on one face, a non-slip material on the back, and a soft quilting material in between.
